01 - FASE DE ESTUDIO
Feasibility studies begin. While there are no exact dates, project is estimated to begin in approximately 18 months.

02 - FASE DE DISEÑO
By this time, the site and scope of the project have been determined. Additionally, the architectural, engineering design, and specifying firms have been partially selected. The project is slated to begin in less than one year.

03 - PRE-CONSTRUCCION
Last details of the project are being finalized; project should be underway in less than six months. Bidding or procurement process has also been determined.

04 - SELECCION DEL CONTRATISTA GENERAL [CG]
General Contractor is selected and the project will begin tentatively in three (3) months.

05 - CONSTRUCCION INICIADA
All building or renovation permits are in order and initial construction has begun. Specialized sub-contractor services are required.

06 - SUB-CONTRATISTAS / SERVICIOS / INSUMOS
Specific requirement(s) for any project underway; or of any particular service or supplies.

07 - CARRETERAS & PUENTES

08 - ALCANTARILLADO

09 - PROYECTO TERMINADO Y/O CANCELADO
